2 fried eggs "tumia olive oil au mafuta ya alizeti kijiko kimoja tu"













Kipindi cha mchana kikifika pia unatakiwa unywe maji moto glass 4

Kabla, au baada ya mlo



Lunch: BBQ Fish, Salad na ndizi moja ya kuchoma



Jioni wakati jua likizama unatakiwa kukimbia muda wa saa 1 nzima

na kufanya sit ups 60 -65.

Dinner: 2 toasted white bread na supu ya Vegetables
