Asubuhi ukiamka fanya sit ups 150, Ruka kamba dakika 20
Kunywa maji moto glass 4

Breakfast: Maziwa glass 1, Ndizi mbivu 1, 1 Fried egg, 1 Toasted brown bread

Mchana unakunywa tena maji moto glass 4



Lunch:
Vegetable fried rice ukubwa wa kikombe kimoja na Samaki wa kuchoma

Jioni unakunywa maji moto glass 4

Dinner: Bakuli kubwa la Matunda, na Salad
Unapata Jiggy then unaiita siku na kungojea siku inayofuata


Ukiwa unapika mboga za majani hakikisha haziivi sana mpaka kuondoa ule uhalisia wake.
Usipike mboga zaidi ya dakika 10 kwenye moto.



Day 9:


Asubuhi ruka kamba dakika 20

Maji moto glass 4

Breakfast:
1Boiled egg, 1Boiled sausage na Matunda mengi tu

Mchana maji moto glass 4

Lunch:
Kiazi 1 cha kuchemsha, Green Vegetables bakuli kubwa, Kuku 1/4 Kuchemsha na Glass 1 ya fresh juice ya aina yoyote

Jioni unakunywa tena maji moto glass 4

Dinner: Supu ya Samaki



Day 10:


Ukiamka unafanya sit ups 150

Maji moto glass 4 asubuhi

Breakfast: Maziwa glass 1 na matunda mengi sana

Mchana unakunywa tena maji moto glass 4

Lunch: Wali 1 Cup, Roast Firigisi au Kuku na Vegetables

Jioni maji moto glass 4

Dinner: Supu ya Veges na Jiggy Jiggy





Day 11:

Asubuhi maji moto glass 4, leo usifanye mazoezi

Breakfast:
1 Toasted bread upake siagi kwa mbali, na matunda kibaoooo

Mchana pia unakunywa maji moto glass 4

Lunch: Maini
Mlo huu uendane na wali kipimo cha kikombe kimoja au Ugali kidogo sana kama picha inavyoonyesha hapo juu.
Usisahau mboga za majani.

Usiku unakunywa maji moto glass 4

Dinner:
Fruits & Vegetables kwa wingi




Day 12:

Ruka kama kwa dakika 20
Fanya sit ups 150
Kunywa maji moto glass 4

Breakfast: Matunda bakuli kubwa, 2Boiled eggs, 1 Toasted brown bread

Mchana maji moto glass 4

Lunch: Samaki wa kukaushwa au Dagaa, Vegetables na Ndizi 3 za kuchemsha (Bukoba) na 1Glass of white wine kama ukipenda

Jioni ruka kamba kwa dakika 20
Kunywa maji moto glass 4

Dinner:
Kuku choma, Salad, Ndizi choma 1 na glass ya juice fresh na Jiggy ndio linakuwa zoezi la mwisho la kufungia siku yako




Day 13:

Hakuna mazoezi pia siku hii

Breakfast: Maji moto glass 4 na Matunda, hata ukiamua kula ndoo nzima ya fruits ni juu yako

Lunch: Mishkaki 4 ya Samaki au Kuku, Nzizi 2 za kuchemsha (Bukoba) na Salad

Dinner: Supu ya Samaki au Kuku na Glass 2 za white wine kama ukipenda, usisahau Jiggy kabla hujalala




Day 14:


Itakuwa ni Jumapili unatakiwa upumzike sana tu, usifanye mazoezi yoyote

Asubuhi unakunywa maji moto glass 4

Breakfast:
Cornflakes, 1 Fried egg, 1 Toasted brown bread, 1 Boiled Sausage na matunda kwa wingi sana

Mchana wa leo unaweza uka skip kunywa maji moto

Lunch: Vegetable Soup na glass ya juice yoyote fresh isio na sukari zaidi ya kijiko 1

Dinner: Coocked Vegetables, Rice na Samaki wa kuchoma
Usiku ni lazima unywe maji moto glass 4
