I never got around to taking my girls to see Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel
when it was in the theaters. It's just hard to see every movie that comes out and not to mention it's very expensive. It seriously costs us about $50.00 to see a movie at a matinee and get popcorn. It's just ridiculous. Anyway we rented the movie as soon as it came out today from Netflix. I have to say it's absolutely adorable and both my girls, 13 and 9 are totally enthralled. The music is really fun and they just love the Chipetts.
I'm disappointed now that I didn't buy the movie because it is just so cute. I know they're going to want to watch this over and over again. I can see why it won the award for best movie at the Kids Choice Awards on Nickelodeon. This would definitely be a favorite for both boys and girls. Really nothing, but a good time. So if you have kids and haven't seen it trust me you'll want to check it out.
