Mambo muhimu ya kuzingatia wakati unaendelea na diet hii:


1.
Kila tunda utakalo kula hakikisha umetoa ngozi

Hasa zabibu na machungwa, chenza usimeze ngozi yake
Inasadikika kuwa ngozi zinachukua muda sana kusagika tumboni
Hali kadhalika unapokula kuku uondoe ngozi

2. Unaweza kuacha kunywa Coffee au Tea kama utaweza
Kwakuwa maji moto ni replaement ya hivyo vitu ila kama unapendelea endelea navyo tu, havitaathiri chochote katika mchakato huu.

Day 1:
Asubuhi kitu cha muhimu ni sit ups 100, ruka kamba kwa dakika 15
Kisha kunywa maji moto yenye ndimu/limao glass 4


Breakfast: 1 Toasted Brown Bread, 1 Boiled egg, Matunda bakuli zima na Coffee/ Tea ukipenda ila sio lazima

Mchana hali kadhalika unatakiwa unywe maji moto glass 4 kabla ya lunch

Lunch: Bakuli kubwa sana la Salad
Kipande kidogo sana cha samaki wa kuchemsha "robo samaki"

Jioni utatakiwa ufanye sit ups 100 na kunywa maji moto glass 4

Dinner:
1/4 Kuku wa kuchemsha ukitupia na vegetables na ndizi moja bkoba ya kuchemsha.......Hapana kiazi tafadhali

Jiggy kwa dakika 30 -45


Day 2:


Asubuhi unafanya sit ups 100 na unakunywa maji moto glass 4

Breakfast: Cornflakes tu
Cornflakes uweke ujazo wa mikono miwili tu ya mtu mzima na sio zaidi ya hapo
Maziwa upime ujazo wa kikombe kimoja cha kawaida sio Mag

Mchana pia unywe maji glass 4 za moto kabla ya lunch

Lunch: 1/4 Kuku wa kuchoma hakikisha unatoa ngozi ya kuku wakati unamla au sisitiza achomwe bila kuwa na ngozi yake.
Matunda bakuli zima


Jioni fanya sit ups 100 na unywe maji moto glass 4
Dinner:
Kunywa vegetable soup bakuli kubwa kabisa la size ya kichwa cha mtu mzima
"No jiggy today"


Day 3:

Asubuhi ukiamka ruka kamba dakika 15 na sit ups 100 Kunywa maji moto glass 4

Breakfast: Ndizi mbivu 1 1 Cup of Coffee / Tea
1 Fried egg

Mchana unakunywa tena maji moto glass 4

Lunch: Mishkaki 3 ya Samaki Ndizi 1 ya kuchoma Bakuli zima la Salad

Jioni maji moto glass 4

Dinner: 1/4 Kuku wa kuchemsha aliewekwa mboga mboga na
Kiazi kimoja kikubwa cha kuchemsha.
Unaweza kuchemshia hicho kiazi ndani ya huyo kuku
Pata Jiggy pia usiku huu

Breakfast: Matunda bakuli zima
Mchana kabla ya mlo. Ada ni kunywa maji moto glass 4

Lunch: Bakuli kubwa la coccked vegetables 1 Glass ya Orange Juice

Jioni usifanye sit ups "jioni"

Dinner: Samaki mzima wa kuchemshwa weka chumvi na ndimu / limao tu. Unaweza kula na mboga za majani zilizopikwa
kwa kijiko kimoja cha vegetable/ olive oil
Usichague samaki mkubwa sana wastani tu wa urefu na ukubwa wa kujaa sahani kama huyu

Day 5:

Ukiamka asubuhi unaruka kama kwa dk. 15 unafanya sit ups 100 Kisha unakunywa maji moto glass 4

Breakfast: 1 Cup of Coffee with Milk/ Tea "Sukari 1" 1 Glass ya Karot Juice 1 Toasted Brown Bread 1 Boiled Sausage
Mchana kabla ya lunch unakunywa majo moto glass 4
Lunch: Mishkaki 3 Kuku Ndizi 2 za kuchemsha (Ndizi Bukoba) Salad bakuli zima

Jioni unafanya tena sit ups 100 Unakunywa maji moto glass 4

Dinner: Supu ya samaki ila usiweke kabisa viazi hata kidogo Kula bakuli zima la matunda Malizia na Jiggy "kwa afya yako"

Breakfast: Matunda mengi sana hata ukiweza kula ndoo nzima ni juu yako 1 Cup of Coffee/ Tea "Sukari 1"
Mchana kabla hujapata

Lunch: Chicken sausage za kuchoma sio nyingi sana
Kama unatumia zile fupi fupi kula 4.
Kwa ushauri tumia zile za roller ila usimalize,
roller zima
kata zitoke ukubwa wa sausage nne zenye size ya kati
kama picha inavyoonyesha
hapo chini Kula na coocked Vegetables,
za aina yoyote kwa chaguo lako na taste ya mdomo wako

Jinsi ya kupika hizi bamia inabidi utumie kijiko kimoja tu cha mafuta
Iwe Vegetable au olive oil, usiyajaaze mafuta itakuwa ni sawa na kutwanga maji kwenye kinu.
Ili hata mboga ikiiva isionyeshe kuwa ina tone la mafuta

Kabla ya lunch unatakiwa tena kunywa maji moto glass 4

Lunch: BBQ Chicken 1/4 ni muhimu sana kuepuka kula ngozi ya kuku Bakuli kubwa la Salad 1 Glass ya Juice ya Nanasi isio na sukari zaidi ya kijiko kim0ja

Jioni kabla ya dinner pia unatakiwa kunywa maji moto glass 4

Dinner: Vegetable/ Mushroom soup 1 Glass of White wine........(Manake hii itakuwa ni Jumapili)
